The group owns the property and exploitation of modern facilities (Packing House and Cold Storage), in a 15.000 m2 in an industrial area in the city of Paysandú. The post-harvest processes applied to the fruit which is brought from the orchards are carried out with modern machinery and technology.

Packing process - Pre-selection, disinfection, waxing, selection, sizing, conditioning in different types of cases for selling purposes (open tray, telescopic cartons of 5 kg), control of final produce, palletizing and identification are all carried out during this stage.

Degreening process -
Special chambers are conditioned through an updated ethylene process in a modified atmosphere area in accordance to different varieties and the different stages of the fruit ripening.

Precooling process -
It is applied to all the fruit in "Californian" type tunnels and it leads to a quick lowering of the pulpe temperature which ensures a long preservation and lasting of the product.

Cold storage process - It is carried out in modified atmosphere chambers with automatic controls of the temperature, relative humidity and CO2 concentration. Since the fruit is kept under ideal conditions until final destination the quality of the same can be easily ensured.

Uruguay has, beyond doubt, become within the international market a consistent supplier of top quality citric produce with volumes that keep growing year by year.
